Flip Books and GIFs

I really enjoy traditional animation. There’s something so fulfilling about creating a moving image without depending on a computer to help you fill in the in-between frames.

On the flipside, creating an animation purely on the computer, in some ways, allows you to be more technical and complex because you can work with layers and go back and edit them without worrying about messing up one frame and having to start over.

Stop motion animation is fun as well. I created the self-solving Rubik’s Cube with photography and edited it to match music in Adobe Premiere.
